Agence Inspire Metz's Economic Attractiveness Unit mobilizes its network of partners to help companies set up in the Metz area's real estate portfolio, whatever the type of activity (business premises, offices, warehouses, industrial buildings, etc.).
A needs analysis is carried out in conjunction with the project owner, free of charge and on a confidential basis. The network, made up of public and private corporate real estate players, is then asked about available space in the Eurometropolis. Within less than a week, the agency will send a file containing a description of the available premises (location, plans, rental or sale price, amount of charges and taxes, etc.). It may also organize a program of visits to selected properties.
