The 19th edition of the Journal Économique de l'Eurométropole de Metz has just been published! It invites you to discover a particularly innovative and creative ecosystem. On the front page, you'll find Metz Tech 2042, taking place on June 28 at FC. Metz Stadium, an essential event for the metropolitan ecosystem, which is particularly concerned by the challenges of AI, blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Among the speakers, Owen Simonin, founder of Méria and a key figure in the local ecosystem, will shed light on the significant changes already underway in many sectors. Another feature of this JEEM: the repositioning of Bliiida. The Metz-based third-place is embarking on a new phase in its development, with a stronger focus on creative occupations and projects that are both sensible and attractive. In the "Regards croisés" section, Christophe Thiriet, President of UMIH Moselle, and Laurent-Guillaume Dehlinger, Director of Les Frigos and the Hop Hop Hop festival, discuss the Metz Eurometropole as a summer tourist destination. Last but not least, we turn the spotlight on two local companies that are making a name for themselves in the world of animated film. Praxinos, with its highly acclaimed innovative software combining 2D and 3D in real time, and Picture Factory France, whose feature film Les Supers is due to hit cinemas in March 2026.
