Competition for the most beautiful city centers: Metz wins award!

Organized by the FNCV - Vitrines de France, this competition rewards "The most beautiful shopping and sporting city centers". After several weeks of public voting (from September 3 to 24, 2024) via social networks, the results have just been announced. The candidate city of Metz, in partnership with Inspire Metz, the Metz Eurometropole and the Fédération des Commerçants de Metz, has won the prize for the most beautiful shopping and sports city center in the category for cities with over 100,000 inhabitants. With the photograph entitled "Le FC Metz et son Graoully enflument les commerces de la rue Taison", an entire city can be proud of this award!

Bradley, a men's ready-to-wear boutique, recently opened its doors on the corner of rue de la Tête d'Or and rue Dupont des Loges in Metz, right next to Bichette, its women's counterpart, open since 2020. The store offers a wide range of trendy clothing and accessories, with brands "exclusive" to the city such as Jaqk (a label born in northern France), DStrezzed (a Dutch brand), P448 Italian shoes, Freeman T Porter (a brand based in Creutzwald in Moselle) and soon Cluse bags and Blundstone Australian boots... More to follow! Men of all ages, with an eye for detail and style, will find all the essential pieces for their wardrobes in this warm, uncluttered boutique, at a wide range of prices. For Metz lovers, capsule collections will be available for Christmas gifts!

Scented candle brand Les Bougies de Charroux opened in October at 1 rue de Ladoucette, in the former Comtesse du Barry premises. This is the brand's ^26th boutique. Diffusers and scented candles handcrafted in Auvergne are offered in this ^45m2 outlet. The Messina boutique will be open Mondays from 2pm to 7pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10am to 7pm, and will be closed on Sundays.

Fratell'sItalian restaurant, opened at 9 rue du Pont des Loges in Metz. In a cosy, warmly-colored space of around twenty covers, Panuozzo is served, along with Italian specialties such as arancini and tiramisu. Panuozzo is available in a variety of formats and recipes, with prices ranging from €11 to €18.
