Pierre Cordier, renowned in Metz for his "petits plats de Pierre", is the chef at this upmarket restaurant. Traditional dishes such as chicken basquaise, duck parmentier and pork mignon sit alongside Asian, Greek and Italian dishes such as bo bun, moussaka, Thai beef and parmigianna. In Metz, the Basic-Fit fitness chain already has three health clubs: Sablon, rue Serpenoise and boulevard de la Solidarité. The chain is continuing its expansion with an opening in the north of Metz, at 70 route de Woippy, near the former Auchan supermarket. Opened on May 19, this 1,680^m2 club offers seven training zones. Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
