A wine cellar specializing in artisan winemakers, La Sidéral has opened its doors at 22 En Chaplerue in Metz, just opposite Fabrice Dumay, master chocolatier. It specializes in organic, biodynamic and natural wines. All the estates are carefully selected by the managers, who are passionate about the wine world. They prefer small, human-scale estates. Customers can taste on site before making their selection. Winegrowers' evenings with winegrowers will be organized from September onwards. Mini-courses in oenology are already on offer, featuring 5 to 7 wines, with a food and wine pairing section featuring local cheeses and cured meats. Les Mascottes, a canine concept store, has opened at 22 rue Pasteur in Metz. This innovative space, unique in Metz, combines a tea room open to people with their dogs, who can enjoy treats, a boutique with canine accessories and a dog wash. All the necessary equipment is provided (shampoo, towel, comb and dryer). This type of concept store for dogs is new to Metz, but already exists in major cities. Its opening in Metz will provide a place dedicated to dog lovers. Tuesday to Friday: 10am-7pm (closed 1pm-2pm) and Saturday 10am-7pm.
