Tosca
Tosca opened on January 11 in Metz Place Saint Jacques in place of Colombus Caffé. This brand emblematic of Tuscan qualitý and gastronomic tradition has chosen Metz, to open its first outlet, abroad, driven by a trio of young local entrepreneurs.
This Italian fast-food space offers a singular experience for epicureans and lovers of good food: sandwiches called Schiacciata (Tuscan bread) made with quality products sourced exclusively from Tuscany, a meticulous selection of cheeses and charcuterie, truffle-based delicatessen, Tuscan wines and various types of Spritz. The restaurant has indoor seating and a terrace.

Saveurs du Tibet
The Saveurs du Tibet restaurant opened at 3 rue du Champé in Metz, offering a unique culinary experience with authentic flavors. The manager, born in Tibet, which he left following Chinese repression, offers Tibetan specialties such as momos (Tibetan ravioli), sautéed rice, thenthuk (noodle soup) and salted butter tea.
These dishes are reasonably priced, at less than 11€. The decor is made up of symbolic and traditional objects.

Moules Fripes
Moules Fripes, one of Metz's leading vintage stores, has moved from Rue des Parmentiers to 29 Rue Taison, a street with a strong identity and numerous independent designer shops. In an 80m2 space, larger than the previous one, Theodora Haddadi and Eloise Clavel offer second-hand clothing and items, while rounding out the range with tableware and decoration, including a section dedicated to African art.
