Metz accueillera ce 28 juin 2025, le premier grand évènement tous publics dédié à l’intelligence artificielle (IA), à la blockchain et aux cryptomonnaies : 350 visiteurs réunis pour la 1ère édition de METZ TECH 2042 et pour vivre un moment à la fois ludique, pédagogique et inédit dans la région. METZ TECH 2042 vous donne rendez-vous au stade Saint-Symphorien, Boulevard des Légendes (Tribune Sud), le samedi 28 juin de 14 h à 19 h, pour vivre un moment à la fois ludique, pédagogique et inédit dans la région.

METZ TECH 2042 est un évènement qui se veut grand public, ouvert aux débutants comme aux experts. L’objectif est de proposer un voyage initiatique au coeur de la blockchain et de l’IA, à travers des ateliers interactifs, des sessions de pitch de projets et des conférences animées par des experts reconnus (dont Owen Simonin, alias Hasheur, influenceur français numéro un dans la vulgarisation Web3). Ce nouveau rendez-vous est aussi l’occasion de mettre en lumière les initiatives et les entreprises locales telles que Meria, KryptoStone, Black Ticket, Blockchain AkademIA (etc.), Hoora, VenaLabs (etc.) qui témoignent du dynamisme économique et technologique de notre belle région et de vous faire ainsi découvrir les multiples applications possibles de l’IA et de la blockchain dans votre quotidien.
Understanding the impact of AI and blockchain
The adoption of these new technologies is growing by the day. AI, for example, can now be found in our daily lives through our smartphones, tablets, voice assistants (etc.). METZ TECH 2042 is taking up these issues and offering a number of educational and fun workshops to explore and raise awareness of the uses of these technologies.
On the program:
- 14 interactive workshops accessible to all, to understand the challenges and practical applications of AI and blockchain
- Two captivating roundtables: "AI: remain master of your choices" and "Bitcoin at $100,000: is it too late?"
- An exceptional Masterclass presented by Owen Simonin to decipher current trends in crypto and Web3

Organisé par GEBIA² (Grand Est Blockchain Intelligence Artificielle Association) avec l’agence Inspire Metz, la ville de Metz et l’Eurométropole Metz, METZ TECH 2042 vise à ancrer durablement ces sujets d’avenir dans la région. L’événement sera placé sous le signe des « rencontres tech » avec l’ambition affichée de positionner Metz comme la capitale française de la blockchain et de l’IA.
