Created in the 1960s, this is Metz's industrial zone, where the PSA plant was set up in 1969 on a 330,000m2 plot, specializing in the manufacture and assembly of gearboxes. The site is mainly occupied by production and warehousing companies and a few wholesalers. The site is served by the Metropolitan Metropolitan area's public transport network, and is close to the main road and motorway networks.
