The zone
Located to the south of the Metz Eurometropole in the commune of Marly, this zone is ideally situated close to Metz city center, the Actisud zone and the South-East bypass linking the A31 and A4 motorways. Built around a Leclerc hypermarket, the area is highly attractive, with the presence of other locomotives such as Action, Aldi and Thiriet. By 2026, it will be served by line 3 of the "Mettis" exclusive right-of-way public transport system.

In 2018, the number of employees in the area is 915. The number of jobs is set to increase considerably with the arrival of new companies.
