The zone
Located to the north of the Metz conurbation, in the communes of Metz and Woippy, the Metz-Deux Fontaines zone is close to the A31 freeway (north-south axis). It is accessible by public transport, and a Mettis stop (Transport en Commun en Site Propre) is located to the north of the site.
Metz-Deux Fontaines is mainly home to warehouses, wholesalers, a few craft businesses and a supermarket to meet the needs of users of the zone and the surrounding urban fabric.
