The zone

At the heart of the European technology campus, close to the grandes écoles, the Université de Lorraine and R&D and innovation players, the Technopôle Park is home to tertiary activities, small-scale production and companies developing know-how in the fields of Energy, Technologies and Materials and Processes applied to key sectors.

The Technopôle Park is designed around the principle of an urban mix combining economic activities, local shops and housing. This new area is criss-crossed by a 12-hectare green space.

Ideally located at the crossroads of the North-South and East-West motorways, it is also easily accessible by public transport and close to a Mettis stop (Transport en Commun en Site Propre).

Adjacent to the Metz-Technopôle and the skills cluster applied to materials, energy and the Factory of the Future, land is reserved for companies in this field. In addition, land for craft and production activities and plots for office buildings are also available for sale.

Companies and employment

The Technopôle Park is a continuation of the existing Technopôle, which represents over 300 companies, 4,000 employees and 4,500 students.
