The Cultural Agency informs the Grand Est Region's support for writing. It offers project evaluation adapted to writing and advises on the available subsidies, particularly those offered by the Region.

The Cultural Agency offers mentoring to those receiving aid from the Region, through individual and group accompaniment. It aims to make the often solitary work of writing more dynamic, and increase the chances of a project's success.

As well as its advisory role for regional support, it offers:

    • Mentoring for 3 emerging filmmakers from the Clermont Ferrand Festival,
    • A documentary writing residency and training opportunities,
    • Professional encounters with local and national partner organisations.
