The Economic Development Branch of the Inspire Metz Agency mobilizes its partners network in order to facilitate the establishment of companies in the housing stock of Metz urban area, whatever the nature of activity (business premises, offices, warehouses, industrial buildings, etc)
A needs study is carried out in cooperation with the project leader ; this study is free and confidential. The network, composed of real-estate players from public and private companies, is then asked about the availabilities on the Eurométropole Metz territory.
Within less than a week, the agency will send a file including the description of the available premises (location, plans, rental or sale price, fees and taxes, etc).
It can also organize a program of visits of the selected real-estate offers.
