Metz-Technopôle Club



By providing its members with breakfasts, visits to businesses, conferences, roundtables, etc... a lot of different actions and unifying meetings that give the opportunity to maintain a strong connection between "Technopôliciens". The Metz-Technopôle club is an association created in 1987.
Open to all the managers of companies, institutions and higher education institutions, its role is to foster the activity and the development of Metz-Technopôle.

  • Promoting customer relation through the organization of events,  business partnerships, signature of development framework-agreements or any other action contributing to this goal ;
  • The pooling of experiences and acquired knowledge, the analysis of any question related to the adaptation of the companies specialized in this industry to their envrionment ;
  • Technology and functional watch in collaboration with experts and professionals coming from different sectors ;
  • The professionalization of the Customer Relation jobs both through training courses and technical and informative watch.

    On March 30, 2016, the two clubs from Lorraine (VIATIS in Eurométropole Metz and CONNECT in the Grand Nancy area) decided to merge, creating L2C LORRAINE CONTACT CLIENT.

    Jobs regarding customer care, whether it is a face to face relation or a remote one, are changing rapidly. They have become essential in all the fields of the economic activity of our region (tourism, digital, health, materials ...) and address stategic issues.

    In this context, the creation of the L2C Club stands for an opportunity to foster the competitiveness between the companies of the territory. 

    This association is an opportunity to strenghten the competitiveness of the companies located in Lorraine and Metz by being involved in the emergence of a customer-relation center of excellence. 

    Therefore, the L2C Club takes action in all the fields regarding Customer Care, Human Resources, with the goal of achieving excellence through employees' skills. 

    The L2C Club is also an attractiveness tool for Eurométropole Metz and its territory showing to potential clients the dynamism and the ambitions of the customer relation field. L2C is composed of around 40 centers and more than 6000 jobs on the 2 urban areas and the East part of the Moselle region.
    On Eurométropole Metz, the industry now has around twenty centers standing for some 2000 jobs.

    The World Trade Center of Metz-Saarbrücken stands for an access to French and German markets, thanks to its dual citizenship. But it is also a connection to the rest of the world. For almost 30 years now, and like the majority of the WTC around the world, it has been offering an initial concept of an iconic multi-service space dedicated to businesses, bringing together a real-estate offer and a support and networking service through the organization of events. 
    The aim is to make trade facilitated in general and especially international trade. Thanks to the reciprocity principle, the WTC members, gathered into a business community, can benefit from services and hospitality in the other WTC everywhere in the world.
