The area
Located South of the urban area of Metz, in Moulins-lès-Metz and Augny. The area, highly attractive, has been created between 1970 and 1980 and is currently experiencing a renewal with the presence of Waves, the big mall inaugurated in 2014.
It is a mixed zone including handicraft, industrial, tertiary and business activities. The business sector stands for the major one, with around 207.000 m² of retail areas.
Actisud spreads over 260 ha: it stands for the second largest retail area in France. The site is easily accessible by car, at the crossroads of the A31 and RD657 junction, and is clearly visible from these urban area's major arteries.
Actisud is served by two « mini» transport lines upon request (Augny Tournebride and Ars-sur-Moselle Actisud), and a line from the departmental network,TIM.
